I really like Ben's inventiveness and approach to personal training.  We have been training together for two and a half years but he is still finding new ways to challenge me and push my fitness to the next level.  His sessions work really well in a virtual setting and individually or as a couple.  Ben also provides advice on diet and exercise and is very responsive to questions between sessions.
