I offer flexible bookings to suit your lifestyle with options to pre-book, select regular slots or book last minute. If you need to move your session to a different day or time slot, I will always do my best to accommodate you.
My unique approach adds much more movement to traditional weight training, often engaging several muscles at once, to boost strength and lean muscle gains across the body. Core activation along with correct posture and form is constantly focussed on, to safely enhance performance and prevent injury.

intensity to resistance training
My sessions deliver an intensity to resistance training, regularly elevating the heart rate to shock my client’s metabolism and provide them with a much greater calorie burn, ranging from 400-800 calories per hour (2 to 3 times more than standard PT sessions achieve). However, I understand that we can’t always perform at 100%, and by developing a deep understanding of my clients’ lifestyles, and by constantly communicating with them, I know when to adapt the intensity of exercise selection on each session. The aim is to provide an achievable target each time according to energy levels, mood and upcoming assignments.
I closely monitor my clients and adapt my exercise selections regularly to suit the individual’s abilities, from flexibility and coordination to strength and power. Every workout will be different in order to keep their muscles guessing – this is crucial in maintaining fast progress towards their goals while keeping them interested, motivated and maintaining enjoyment with new challenges.
This approach has made weight training as efficient as possible and created a real sense of achievement for my clients every week.
ALL PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE 1 HOUR, AND CONDUCTED OVER VIDEO CALL.

In advance I will ask you to fill out my pre-exercise questionnaire along with a PAR Q, so that we are both fully prepared.
